You must notify us of any defect in your merchandise within 2 days from receipt (determined from postal tracking). If 2 days have gone by since you received the item and no claim has been filed, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your claim is received (with photo evidence) and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or something similar, send us an email by using our contact form.
If the item was a free gift, you'll receive an equivalent credit that can be used to purchase item(s) in the future.
